Top four aspects of Health ,Population and Environment Education

Interrelationship among different aspects of Health, Population, and Environment Education. We know that there is a deep interrelationship between Health, Population, and Environment education. These subjects are not only related to each other but also to other important aspects that are very necessary for keeping HPE in close-knit relationships.

The physical aspect, biological aspect, sociocultural aspect, political aspect, and finally psychological aspect are the aspects that help to relate HPE education together.

health, population and environment

The interrelationship among different aspects of Health, Population, and Environment Education is shown here

1. Physical Aspect

  • The physical aspect covers all the nonliving things found in the environment. Natural and man-made aspects are included here. For example- air, water, land, minerals as the natural environment, and roads, houses, bridges, etc man-made environments.
  • These natural and man-made aspects are all parts of the environment that are used by the population for their necessity and comfort.
  • The health status of populations is related to the way they use such environmental aspects.
  • This way. health, population, and environmental education are interrelated to the physical aspect of nature.

2. Biological Aspect

  • The biological aspect includes all the living beings or biotic aspects of the environment such as plants, animals, birds, reptiles, microbes, etc.
  • These living beings are integral parts of the environment which represent human beings are parts of the environment which represent human beings as integral parts of the environment which represents human beings' population too.
  • Population survives using other aspects of the biological environment such as vegetation, animals, forest species, etc.
  • If the biological components of the environment are used extremely by the population, this activity can degrade the quality and status of living beings. As a result, the health of people gets harmed by using low-quality biological components.
  • In this manner, health, population, and environmental education are intertwined with each other biologically.

3. Socio-Cultural Aspect

  • All the social values, norms, rules, regulations, festivals, practices, etc are the creation of populations to enable themselves to live life in security, comfort, peace, and harmony.
  • Populations use the components of the environment while they go about their socio-cultural activities, for example, the use of food materials, minerals different herbs, etc to celebrate their festivals and other cultural activities.
  • Unwise use of such materials can lead to a degraded state of environmental components, which eventually affect the health state of environmental components, which eventually affects the health state of the population negatively. The socio-cultural aspect of the population is related to the environment and health in this manner.

4. Economic Aspect

  • The economic aspect includes activities like using environmental resources like agriculture, forest products, minerals, animal products, etc for their daily living.
  • Low economic status affects the environment because poor people tend to use natural resources randomly which can deteriorate environmental status.
  • Imbalance in the environment can lead to an imbalance in the health status of the population again this can again cause poor economic development of the population and the country.
  • Economically sound countries and people are also exploiting the environment for their experiments and hunger for exploring more.
  • Health, population, and environmental education are dependent on the economic aspects of their existence.
